I am making a HUGE batch of curry for those lucky enough to have been invited over this Saturday night. This recipe is really good, so Here it is. I am making between a triple and Quadruple batch right now. Sugestions for this recipe: Add 1/2 tsp paprika Add 3/4 tsp dry english mustard Add 1-2 whole bay leaves. Let curry simmer on super low for 1 hour. Don't cook chicken as it says in recipe.

Installed the new stove today, and it works! I don't have to cook everything outside anymore. I am very excited. Had to run new gas lines and all, but all is good and I am baking a stouffer's lasagna with meat and sauce to celebrate.
